Can't delete Flow Fragment Node

Tue 2. May 2017, 01:05

I have a flow fragment that is now outdated (we've completely restructured the story and the flow, so we started a brand new flow fragment for that). I've changed the name on the "old" Flow Fragment to "DELETE" so the team would know that it's deprecated, but we're now at a point where we want to completely delete that node. Unfortunately, the DEL option is grayed out.

Even if I log in with exclusive and admin rights (we're on a multi-user setup), I still don't have the option to simply delete the fragments. I've been able to delete everything that was previously submerged (conditions, dialogues, dialogue fragments), but the top level flow fragments are "locked".

Does anyone have any advice on how to remove this?

Hi MAnnetta,

this sounds to me as the FlowFragment is still a partition. You have to retire that partition first, turning it into a regular FlowFragment once again and then you should be able to delete it.
To Change the Partitioning of your project, you need to use the Repartition Dialog found here:

Hope that helps
