How to organize localization file

Hi,
I am encountering an issue for the localization.
I would like to have my dialogue fragments ordered in my excel according to the Articy flow.
I need this to ease the translation. If the dialogues fragments are well ordered in the excel, it will help us avoid nonsense during the translation process by keeping the context of each fragment.
I have been doing modifications to the story I have written. I created new dialogue fragment in a discussion I have written weeks ago.
I don't understand how the excel is sorting out the dialogue fragments. Some dialogue fragments seem to appear in random cells of the excel, without any logical order, while some seem quite organized.
Is there a proper way to organize the excel according to the Articy flow?
