Unable to attach forum images

Here's a quickie for you - I tried to upload and insert an image, but I get a message saying the image must be at least 0 pixels high and no more than 0 pixels high
Don't think that was the intended behaviour! =)

Unfortunately, this doesn't look like a quickie ... I can't really recreate this issue. Nor do I get an error message like that one. You just used the attachment image uploader and the message popped up? Directly ...?

Ah yeah, uploaded the image and then when I click 'Add File' I get this:
