Does the problem still exist?
I just got Articy2 on bundlestars and I can confirm that the steam platform still has a failure problem at least for me. I tried launching from the exe from the dir and it launches into multi user . . I found the additionals to add to the shortcut to get it into single user mode and was like yes! but apparently the product code given to steam is not the same that the product itself wants .. its invalid so I'm stuck on that one. So steam is the problem and not the program it seems if I can get that far.
UPDATE 04-18-2017: Well I had decided to email support and booted up the program to type out the full error I was receiving but to my surprise the program started up properly. Was able to get demo projects and load them up so everything seems to be functioning properly. I haven't changed anything on my pc so I'm not sure what has changed unless there was a micro update or something I didn't see. Sorry I can't offer any real reason it has been fixed.
