As the title suggest I would like to know if there is a possibility to get the text support for those using 5.6?

In my project I cant update to the new version as it would break the game but I would love to get the new Text functionality from articy draft.
Was dropping the 5.6 unity version really necessary?

Hi h3llye,

Maintaining 2 different versions is time consuming and cumbersome(building, testing, different code paths for incompatible API) for us which we wanted to avoid. It was always meant as an interim solution anyway.
I'm sorry that you are missing out on those new features, but we decided that a major release (2.0) would be the best place to drop support for the old unity version.

I'm sorry for not giving you a more satisfying answer, but i hope in the future you can try it out in a newer unity versions.
