Articy importer will not compile

Hey Nevigo,

I have been trying to get the Articy UE4 plugin to work under Unreal 4.15.3, 4.16.3, and 4.17.1. I really have not had much success.
I have filed one bug report so far on Github and I will be filing another soon.

Can some one from Nevigo please look into this?
