Notes are text documents within articy:draft. They can be used to write down all project-related ideas and information that doesn't fit into flow nodes. With the use of format templates notes can not only contain plain text, but also traditionally formatted screenplays. It's possible to convert these screenplays into flow objects, which offers a special workflow for all users who prefer writing in a classical screenplay format, but still want the benefits of a node-based layout.
Notes can be exported as .rtf files and it's possible to import .txt, .rtf, .fdx and .fdxt files as note objects. Notes are written in a special editor called Scratchpad .
