Articy Account

When you purchase any kind of license on our webshop, an account will be automatically created. Account information will be sent by email.
In your account you can manage billing addresses and payment information, download invoices, and add additional seats to a multi-user license.

Access account

Navigate to articy.com and click “My account” 1 in the main navigation bar. Use your provided login information where prompted 2. We strongly suggest to change your password on your first visit.

Account overview

The Account overview page 3 lists all relevant account information. Your current billing address 4, payment method 5, your detailed license information 6, and your invoices 7.
To edit your billing address or change your password, please use the links in the top left corner 8.

Payment Methods

In the account overview page you see all your payment methods listed 9. Here you can also add payment methods 10, for example if you like to change the card your subscription is billed on. We support payments by credit card and PayPal.

 
A new payment method will not automatically be used for your existing subscriptions, it needs to be assigned first. Please use Manage in the License Management for that.


With the Delete button 11 you are able to remove a payment option. Please note that you cannot delete a payment method if it is used for any active subscription. In this case you need to add an alternative payment option or cancel the active subscription first (removal of payment method will be possible once the cancellation is active, i.e. the paid term has run out).


Licence management

The license management provides a quick overview of your articy:draft license or licenses. It shows the license key and the payment method for this license, and, if applicable, the address the server is hosted on 12.
With the Manage button 13 you can add additional seats to your license or cancel the subscription.

Using the Manage button opens a new window. Here you fist see the key and type of the selected license 14. Then you see a detailed list of all seats for a multi-user license 15, and, if applicable, the server hosting. Next comes the status of the subscription and the selected payment method 16. With the checkmark 17 you can cancel your active subscription. Effective date will differ depending on monthly or annual subscription and date of subscription and cancellation.
MULTI-USER With the button Add licenses 18 you can add additional seats to the selected multi-user license. New licenses will be added pro-rata, so that the service date will be in line with your existing seats for your license.
If you are on a monthly subscription you also have the option to add new seats on a yearly subscription 19, or the other way round.

First choose the type and number of additional seats 20 then confirm with Add to cart button 21

Now you receive a summary of your order. First it shows the service dates with the pro-rata calculation 22, then the payment method for this order 23.
Below that is a list of all items in this order 24 and the total amount to pay 25. Confirm the order with Purchase now 26.


Download invoices

Here you can download all your account’s invoices in pdf format.


Edit personal information

Here you can change the name associated with your account 27, as well as the email address 28. Also, you can update your password here 29.

Edit billing address

In this area you can update your billing address. Please note that the fields with a red asterisk are required entries.
