[BUG] Localization not loaded from not root assets folder

Hi,
Since we can put *.articyu3d file in any folder we need (ArticyContent for example) it expected that localization xsls files should be places in same folder as articyu3d file. Now this is broken - localization works just in case xsls files places just in Assets folder.

Stept to reproduce:
1. Export any project you want to Unity.
2. Place articyu3d to any folder you want.
3. Reimport and check that localization works.
4. Move xsls files to articyu3d folder.
5. Reimport and check that localization fails.

just to clarify, i never intended users to place the *.articyu3d somewhere else than the Assets/ root folder. I got some requests of changing that and its on my list.
Btw it might have worked in the past, but was not supposed to be. Unfortunately i also never warned about that not in articy:draft or in the plugin if the file was not in the root folder.
If not too complicated to change it will be part of the next release (together with the crash fix).

it is still on my list and i plan it for the next version, but at the moment i can't work too much on the plugin unfortunately, so it probably won't happening soon.
