"Localize template data & metadata"

Determining if and which Template properties are supposed to be localized and get VO, happens directly in the Template’s Features.





Open the Feature with the desired property in the Feature Editor 1.

Select the property 2, and choose Multi-language3 to localize text and Has voice-over?4 for VO. Please note that similar to general object properties VO is only possible if Multi-language is active.



The localizable Template property now appears in the Localization View 5 for the objects, which use this template (here the entity Manfred), with the naming .FeatureName.PropertyName 6.

Metadata

If needed, Template Metadata can be localized as well (Display Name). It can be set in the Project settings 7, Localization tab 8, Template Design Metadata setting 9.

Meta data can be localized directly in the respective Feature 10 or Property definition 11 in the Localization View 12.
